| Return Policy
Unassembled Kits -Combat Wings guarantees all of our unassembled kits to be free from defects in both material and workmanship at the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover incorrect application, incorrect installation, components worn by use, tampering, misuse or shipping. Since Combat Wings has no control over the final assembly, no liability shall be assumed or accepted by Combat Wings for any damage resulting from the use by the user of the user-assembled product.
Ready to Fly Models - Combat Wings guarantees our Ready to Fly models to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship at the date of purchase. Since Combat Wings has no control over the skill level of the pilot or location of attempted flight, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted by Combat Wings for any damage resulting from the use of a customer controlled product.
Electronics - Most of the electronics we sell are manufactured by some company other than Combat Wings, for those products the manufacture should be contacted for repairs or warranty claims. For those products that are manufactured by Combat Wings, they are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of purchase.
Returns - Must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, verified by dated payment receipt. All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) written on the box, please call our service line to receive this number. Packages without a RAN will not be accepted for return. All products must be in new and unused condition to be considered for return. Ready to Fly models that have been flown or attempted to be flown are not returnable.
Exchanges - Available only on products purchased directly from the Combat Wings on-line store or direct from the warehouse. Combat Wings products purchased from an Authorized Dealer must be exchanged at that dealer's
Repairs - Combat Wings does offer a repair and tune up service for our wings. The shop rate for repairs is $40/hour, with a one hour minimum. Airplanes that require more than one hour worth of repair time are usually best to be retired and replaced with a new model. Arrangements must be made prior to sending any airplane in for repair, please call our service line for details.
Refunds - In the event a refund needs to be issued, we will do so via the payment method originally used. Refunds will be less all shipping and handling charges. For items shipped with "free shipping" there will be a $10 or 15% restocking fee (which ever is greater). For a refund to be issued, the returned item must statisfy the above mentioned conditions.
