I have been flying the XR for 2.5 hours a day for the last 3 weeks! All combat. Wow this XR is unreal !!Better lift, Faster, More aerobatic and Better inverted than my Z***. After reading the testimonial on your site I thought, Sure I can believe it could be faster and more aerobatic but how could it be possible to also lift better? But I am now convinced. I don't know how you guys did it but keep up the good work and thanks for a fantastic plane that also builds fast.
Best Regards, Ross James Australia
"I flew the plane for about 2 hours against 12 other planes. One other XR, a Boomerang and the rest were Z***. The XR's were dominant on the slope! The Z*** couldn't compete in speed or lift. The inverted flight characteristics were also incredible. The Z*** couldn't really fly inverted and the Boomerang needed a lot of correcting to fly inverted for long. I had the pilot of the Boomerang fly it for awhile and he was very impressed. All in all, the best wing I have ever flown."

I just wanted to drop you a line and say that my XE 400 came out great! It took a few trips to the field to get the hang of throwing it and the subtleties of control, but now I'm pretty adept at it. It's been great fun, and a great way to get back into the hobby. I love the fact that I can throw it in the back seat of my car and take it up for a shot flight at lunchtime, charge the batteries, then stop at the field on the way home from work for a more extended flight. I'm recommending your wings to anyone who's asked me about it, in my opinion, you've beaten the Z*** guys in every aspect of design and building. She's in great shape for the amount of "hard landings" she's been through. Every time I corkscrewed it, I kept thinking "wow, I'm sure glad this isn't balsa and glue" So once again, thanks much!

I bought the XR and what a totally awesome plane that is. I was at the "Point of the Mountain" which is the best place in the state of Utah for slope lift. OKAY GET THIS....Anyway, one of the Hang glider pilots up there just happened to have a traditional foamie/aerobatic glider that he pulled out of his truck. He came up to me and asked me if I wanted to combat. I said sure. He started to do axial roles over my XR mixed with a couple of loops and other fancy attempts to shoot me down. It reminded me of the proverbial karate kid who was busting out every move he had all in one showing. Then in a brief moment, he hovered over my left side and darted down on my left wing. The XR DID NOT MOVE!!! It was like his plane bounced off of mine!! And whats more surprising is that his plane was a 60" wingspan and weighed probably at least 1.5 times as much as mine!!! I AM HOOKED TO COMBAT!!!

The XE is noticeably more plane. It is actually amazing that it contains several qualities that normally don't go together. In other words, it is faster, climbs better, is more stable, and overall, easier to fly. I was most impressed with it's speed and ability to get out of trouble if you should find yourself in a tough spot. Example, the plane can turn from inverted flight to normal flight in no time. The plane can climb, and almost stall and you can come out of it with no problem. It just seems to fly "Like" the EB, but better, faster, and easier. The "Fun Factor" dial is turned up!
It is also 100% trouble free. I took the plane out, and flew it for two hours and made zero adjustments. Nothing, trimmed it up a little and had fun all morning.
Bottom line is that I think the plane is near perfect. You can learn to fly with it, and do some pretty impressive flying at the same time. It is a great plane. In fact, I'm more than likely going to order another one.
Way to go....Thanks Again, Gary Simler - Laguna Nigel
"Thanks so much for your great design. I learned to fly on a Z*** but had seen your website and decided to see if the XR really was that much better than a Z*** as you claimed it was. Boy is it ever. The XR is much faster and reacts much snappier. The aerobatic ability and recoverability of the XR is very helpful in combat. Thank you and keep up the good work."

We are IMPRESSED! WOW......STABLE, great flight characteristics, and durable as anything I have ever seen! Hard landings, mid air collisions, trees, you name it, they just don't come apart! Must say, you build a superior product.....Again, our thanks for everything, we look forward to showing them off this weekend.

I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how very happy I am with my XR wing! Every time I am at the slope I get compliments on your great build and covering job. I seem to out-fly everyone out there (flying Z***). This is my first plane so it has had many crashes at and still flies perfect and looks great (even better with the battle scars.) I send everybody I can to your website, you provide an excellent service and quality product. Thanks for the awesome plane, I never could have built it this nice. Keep up the great work.
Lots of Lift, Bill Knecht
"The package came in today and everything looks great. The XR and radio are presently charging. It's a beautiful plane. Thanks for your handiwork. My son and I will have a great time flying it! "

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service and excellent workmanship and fantastic flying of my XR wing. I sent you my gear on Friday and was surprised when I got back my finished plane the next Friday. It looks great. Took it to Torrey Pines that weekend for its first flights ,, and man ,, it sure attracted a lot of attention both with its looks and flying abilities!!! What a great plane!!!! It was every bit as good as you said it was and more!!!!! Perfect axial rolls, great inverted flight, terrific speed range,, everybody kept asking me if it was a composite. Thank you again for such a great product. Keep up the good work!!!

I am absolutely delighted with the flight performance of your new XE design. From the moment you launch the XE you notice an increase in both speed and stability over the eBoomerang (a capable airplane in it's own right). Although the design improvements (larger wingspan, angle of sweep on the wing, and the airfoil, among others) may seem subtle, the flight characteristics are definitely present. After a few demonstrations of my new XE, my friend (also an eBoomerang owner) immediately ordered his own XE. After his first weekend of flying it, he is as stoked as am I. The XE rocks!
Terry Tigner - Irvine
"Got my XE this morning!!! Another excellent job, thank you very much. I think that color scheme looks pretty cool don't you? I hope it flies as good as it looks."
Neil Straker - U.K.
"This XE is running great. Stopped to fly at a field near my house and it flew and flew and I really like the way it flies."
Thanks again., Bob Pope - San Diego
I have been flying the XR for several months now and find it clearly superior to the Z*** in handling and speed.
